Wholly made of stainless steel, with a double wall system insuring the circulation
of cold water or hot water to cool the walls during deposition, or to heat them so
as to avoid the condensation of moisture whilst filling the system with air. In
comparison to water circulation by a walls soldered pipes system, the double walls
on is more efficient, more aesthetic because non-apparant, and avoids the problems
of corrosion observed where the pipes are soldered.
A large door in front of the chamber permits easy loading and un-loading of the
substrates.

The chamber is provided with a number of connections NW 10 KF and NW 40 KF enabling optional mesuring apparatus or accessories to be added later. The chamber inside is covered with removable stainless steel shields which facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the system.
